Denise Yagodzinski Director Investments USA
_ E denise@medici-investments.com | M +1 201 962 6802
Denise has been an investor in residential and commercial real estate for over 25 years. She developed her investments from a USD 180,000 condo into a USD 6 million diversified portfolio within her first five years in business. She achieved this growth through directing the repositioning of multi-family properties and renovations of mixed use properties, condos and single family homes. She has recently divested most of her total portfolio to focus solely on multi-family properties and capitalize on the vast opportunities for substantial short and long-term returns.
Denise’s specific expertise lies in strategically identifying strong markets and multi-family apartment buildings within those markets with either a momentum (cash flowing) or value added (repositioning) play, or ideally both, and then providing the necessary oversight to both construction and property management teams to increase the profitability of each project for maximum investment returns.
In addition to graduating cum laude from Grove City College, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Business Administration, Denise also holds a real estate sales license. Her initial years of employment were spent working in corporate mergers and acquisitions on Wall Street. Prior to fully concentrating on real estate investments she was Vice President of a multi-national petroleum company, overseeing acquisitions, mergers and turn-around situations.
